The Company was originally incorporated with name “ADARSH DERIVATIVES LIMITED” in the year of 1994. The Company was listed on Bombay Stock Exchange on 11th March 1996. In the year of 2008, the name of Company has been changed from “ADARSH DERIVATIVES LIMITED” to “VIKAS GRANARIES LIMITED”. In the year of 2018, the Company has diversified its business into niche global expending market of oil fracturing proppants by making use of cuttings (waste materials) of granite stones, therefore, the name of the Company has been changed from “VIKAS GRANARIES LIMITED” to “VIKAS PROPPANT & GRANITE LIMITED”. Now the Company is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange portal and ‘Permitted to trade’ on National Stock Exchange portal.
The Company is manufacturing Proppants out of wastes/scraps of the granite projected to be mined from the mines at Kaparda District Jodhpur (47 KM from Jodhpur – on way to Jaipur).
Now, the Company is going to diversify its business into the Real Estate Sector and construction sector as well. This new division is planned to expand its business in more constructive and smarter way such as construction of group housing projects under Mukhya Mantri Awas Yojna & Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana at Pan India level, Construction of warehouse project on pan India level, govt tenders for multilevel infrastructure developments etc.
